Play is an essential condition of my artistic practice. Through play, I am interested in the articulations of desire and its influence on my behaviors. For example, by working with objects that provoke in me compulsive consumption such as toys, images, pornography, furniture, or cars, I reflect on the articulation of representations inherent in the myth of eternal youth and mass control. My more recent installation works are inhabited by drawing, where the animal figure plays a symbolic role linking different allegories of power such as the political and the sacred.
